What to know about me:
My name is Alec Mackensen I have been playing volleyball
for seven years and training for four. In volleyball
it is extremely important to jump well and be an
explosive athlete. Nutrition Zone has aided me in
proper supplementing to achieve these fundamentals.
Proper nutrition has been a key element in my game
as far as becoming more powerful and increasing my
endurance.
