What to know about me:
During my playing career I was a frequent customer of Nutrition Zone Orange. I became good friends with the owner Chris Plant who played an intricate part in my sports performance as a professional athlete. I have always been an extremely hard worker on the field and in the gym but didn't always have my diet and supplements on point. As a customer of Nutrition Zone Orange I learned to get the max out of my body and my performance through proper diet and supplementation. I saw a huge transformation in my body going from a frame of 6'3'' 215 at 16% body fat down to my current 220 at 8%. I now have a vast knowledge of how to maximize my body's potential through nutrition and proper training. Since working with Nutrition Zone Orange I have now reached my highest weight, lowest body fat and strongest lifts in my life.
